This is a nice case for the iphone4s. It has a nice look and a very nice feel in your hands, the detachable bottom is a great idea. It gives the phone a good look and does provide decent basic protection. Its not cumbersome and its easy to take in and out of your pocket. Perfect fit for the the iphone 4s it did put a little pressure on the sides phone so my screen protector started creating bubbles along the edges but when the case is off the bubbles go away. I was looking for a slim iPhone case so I can still slip the phone in my pocket but protects enough against a drop. I drop my phone more than I'd like to admit. This case is durable, I have had it for over 1 year now and not a scratch on the phone although the case has a few nicks from being dropped. Doesn't block the camera, screen works great with protector on, charging jack is accessible. It's a win.
Cons: It's a tight squeeze, you have to use the included protection sheets to avoid scratching your phone's finish. You need to get a small 1/8in cable to use the audio out jack, average sized ones are too big to fit with the case on (Radio Shack's colored 1/8in cables work well)
Pros: Super slim compared to other cases. Good protection against drops. Reasonable price especially compared to other cases.
This case is MUCH more durable than the more fashion style cases.
Ones to avoid: anything by Speck. I got 2 of them one as the freebie "Apple designed their phone poorly here's a case to compensate" deal, and another as a gift. First one cracked during the first drop of the phone to the point where it didn't even stay on anymore, second Speck cover cracked about 2 months in during a phone drop.
